Just as temperatures were dropping, Mr Laing discovered that he and his family were in need of a new boiler, so naturally they called Rightio - the best in the business.

Rightio’s engineer, Fraser, arrived first thing in the morning and worked throughout the day to ensure the family’s semi-detached, 3 bedroom home would be warm and toasty for the coming winter.
“Fraser was great”, Mr Laing told us. “He was polite and professional throughout, and didn’t even mind my three kids trying to help him! The poor guy.”

Later that day, Fraser left the family happy with his installation, and pleased with their brand new, A rated boiler. “He even left me his fleece and a mars bar, although that might of been a mistake?..”, laughs Mr Laing. “I hid them from the kids until he came back to collect them”.
Fraser did return for his fleece jacket, but decided to leave the chocolate behind for the kids. More happy customers!
