Had to get valve myself, otherwise fitting was fine , overall cost to high for me, will try local next time.

Frankly I was not expecting the speed with which my problem was resolved.. I had barely put the phone down before an engineer pulled up outside our house. Ok it was coincidental that he was in the area but the efficiency with which he performed his duties was first class.
